Refund Policy
The South Florida Chapter of IFMA is committed to providing you with excellent member service. Below you will find our refund policies.

For registration orders that have a payment, you will receive a confirmation with the total amount paid. If its unpaid, you will receive an invoice via email. The invoice that was sent to you via e-mail immediately following your order confirmation will indicate the registration that are considered pending until payment is received in full prior to the event.

We understand sometimes plans change and you may be unable to attend an event for which you have registered. If you must cancel registration for any Chapter event, please notify the Chapter Administration at last 48 hours prior to the event. Due to the contractual agreements and commitments we have with our vendors, we do not provide reimbursement or credit for missed or canceled attendance. You may, however, transfer your ticket to another representative.
